NEW TO 2026: We're Moving! Introducing MyTAXPrepOffice
Starting in January 2026, we will use a new tax software called MyTAXPrepOffice to file your individual and business returns.
MyTAXPrepOffice is an IRS approved, award winning cloud-based tax preparation software. As before with Onvio, you will have access to your own client portal called MyTAXPortal where we will securely exchange all tax communications.

The due date for an annual/biennial report depends on the business entity of your company, and the state that your company was formed.
Please remember to file on time, and let us know if you're unsure.

Where can I find my Tax Organizer?
You will receive an email from no-reply@mytaxportal.online with an invitation to register for your MyTAXPortal. Once registered, you can find the tax questionnaire in the portal dashboard.

When will my Individual Tax Return be filed?
All Individual Tax Returns will be filed in the order that completed Individual Tax Organizers are submitted, and no later than by April 15th (or October 15th, if extended).
I'm getting a refund this year. When/where can I expect it to arrive?
You can check the status of your refund using the Where's My Refund tracking tool.
