Our Mindset
We believe people work so they can have lives, not just to live. By "people", we mean all people - employees, clients, business partners our families, everyone. We exist in an environment that values a strong work-life balance, nontraditional schedules, and the use of technology to create individual freedom in areas that are traditionally disallowed by the mainstream corporate environment.
This means that our business hours are fluid. We do not operate on the rigidity of the "8-5, working for the weekend" mindset. We are passionate about providing our client base with the value you need. We are always available to our clients, as long as we receive the same consideration for our personal lives. We understand that this may not work for everyone. If you are looking for a more traditional firm-to-client relationship, that probably means we are not a good fit. And that's okay. We specify this on our home page to make sure potential clients understand the type of firm we are before reaching out to make a connection because we value your time and abhor wasting it.

While our necessary business model is to make profit by creating value for our clients, the pursuit of profits is not the main driver for building our client base.
